Refund policy

Sash & Bow boutique and sashandbowboutique.com will accept regular priced un-worn and un-altered items with original tags attached and a sales receipt for a full refund within (7) days of purchase.   Any items returned between (8) and (14) days of purchase date, un-worn and un-altered with original tags attached and a sales receipt will receive a store credit.  A store credit never expires and can be utilized at any time.  A purchase will not be accepted for a return after (14) days.  Sale items, Lingerie, Fur, Fur accessories, Jewelry, Eyewear, Electronics, Handbags, Scarves, Hats or related items are FINAL Sale.  Any item that has been worn, tailored or otherwise altered is not eligible for a return.  Sash & Bow reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the aforementioned requirements. You will be responsible for all shipping costs related to the return of items.
